    Salary is never delayed

    Dislikes

    Even if you work for 10 years with the org and you give your heart and soul. If the senior management do not want you in the organization then you will have to leave or else they will force you to resign by redeploying you within the org. They will ask you to resign and add comments due to personal reason. Some stupid person will be promoted as Senior Manager just by deploying some stupid third party application showing a lot of benefits to company. End result is ZERO the tool doesn't work and does nothing good to the org.

    ... Salary compensation not so nice. No night shift allowances. Transport allowance available though. Good experience in Capita so far and you will have supportive managers.
