...ob security in CarDekho group as you may be asked to leave at any point of time. Of course they'll give you salary for 1-2 months ( or as per the contract ) but this is not what an employee expects when he/she is performing well. Other than this the Salary is very low and there has been no appraisals below Operation Managers from last 2 years stating that the P&L is negative and kept promising that we'll do it better in next cycle. When the next cycle came many employees were not given the appraisal stating that they are already on high package. It is very simple company just want a workforce who are ready to work for long hours with less salary and top of that achieve all the targets within the given timeline.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraiser are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't addres our. Issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
