Companies culture … They are 3 Sets of sales Head. 1 Jagmohan team 2 kadher team 3 Sugumar team All the teams are heavy pressure… sales Vp and Avp thinks They are the owners of this company .. you have to come office by 9.30 am and you have to go home by 9pm … if it’s a launch Time you have to stay in office … they Will give Mind Torture for Sale If you didn’t make a sale they will abuse you and your family … Incentive will credit by every 3 month in that between all the bookings will cancel … If you make 10 sale in a month compulsory 8 will cancel that type of company is this … heavy work pressure .. torture from your AvP ‘s … you need to forget your personal life if you join this company …. If looking for Real estate companies Go and join other company Except this Casagrand

...l give either food for 2 sessions or food allowance, but nothing is happened. My salary was fixed 3K lessar than what I was getting in previous company. They attracted me by saying about incentive.

Incentives will be only one good thing about this company but you won't get exactly what you dreamt for !!!

If you are ready to join this company you should definitely ask for the salary as 35k for freshers and if you are experienced go for 40-50k. Coz you will definitely loose your personal time. The work starts and 9am and ends at 10pm mostly. Never believe forgn tours coz at end it will be for managers and people who work here for 5 years . Lakhs and lakhs of incentive you can earn This will be their mantra Till now I had done 33 crore as net sale and I received only 42+30k as incentive They will force you to take gross sales And end this will only happen Once there was a company called byjus they reached sky and had a great fall Soon casagrand will be one among them Coz they scam more Even to you aftr you join Good luck if you are joining after this One day you will regret

Trip and Bonus was motivating to work. Very friendly team and cool boss was one of the best motivating factor.

...will get into your personal life and make it miserable at the time of relieving. You have sign bound for getting your bonus and trips stating to work one more year.

They will ask your bonus amount back if you resign and they will threaten your experience certificate for money.

Dislikes

Bonus for 19 months once . If you resign you job means you have to pay back your bonus for getting experience certificate.
