    Dislikes

    Might not be motivated to work as hard since there's a lack of growth after a point of time. Initial learning is great but tapers off

    CAT in Aurangabad offer good pay worth more than the living cost in tier2 city

    Dislikes

    CAT in Aurangabad is built on an intimidating and daunting culture. No respect to employees and causes disconcerting. Leadership (so called) rely on threatening and slavery approach without any sort of human values Aurangabad is a city with limitations in good education and hospitals. I'd suggest someone who wanted to join this organization to think thrice before making decision

    Decent Salary. Location on Thiruvallur main road, so easily accessible.

    Dislikes

    Typical Indian politics. Agency-role to Full-time conversion won't happen unless your Manager does it. No Bonus / No Transportation for Agency employees. Terrible Food at canteen.

    1. Team people(except manager). 2.supportive CFT( atleast these people don't differentiate based on payroll)

    Dislikes

    ...they hire as agency guys are underpaid (like one who having 9 years of experience they pay 7lakh only and their associate engineer of 2 years experience get 9 lakh ) 4. During appraisal CAT manager never give feedback to agency people, rather they give feedback agency company. But CAT manager assign work to you. 4.They won't convert to FT even if you proven design skill. 5.Ironically, for company payroll there will be 30days notice period vis a vis 90days for third-party payroll and third-party people will be on target if they not make happy to their manager. 6. Discrimination on provided ID card, they say they won't tolerate racism but they differentiate employee by colors on id card. 7. No transportation facility. 8. Even if you apply for internal job posting they won't consider you.
