    Too many deductions in salary Leaves not approved by the manager HR reduces the leaves you earn Your team can be changed at any time and you are expected to deliver No pay for overtime but you are expected to work overtime

    They have flexible work hours but need to complete 45 hr per week HR person are like govt office generally they didn't response you back company policies are very bad. they have cafeteria they should provide subsidies food to employees as other companies are doing the same work life balance is depend on the team ..

    ...Strict 45 hour per week which is very bad if you miss it by 1 minutes they half day leave or half day salary. 90% people are fresher very bad CTC structure if you are joining this company ask 10% more salary then expectation. there is no training like health attrition rate very high in this company you can checkout headcount decrement over linkedin -there is gym on the top floor but it never opened since cavisson established just show case

    Work Environment of company, specially when you are working from office.

    Dislikes

    Management is not able to solve the employees issues problems at earliest and also Salary hike is good for only those who are just doing show-off of their work but in reality he/she doesn't know anything if you give him/her a task where you have to write any code. Just a politics in salary hike

    Cavisson Systems is a product based company which is a good kick start for the career .Its gives you opportunity to become a full stack developer there is lot to learn but the only thing matters is how one is determined towards yis work. Seniors are helpful.

    Salary offered is not really good as compared to the amount of work they provide.

    Likes

    Average work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is not as per industry. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are given by manager basis only.

    Dislikes

    Manager treated employe as resources not as a friend or family. They do partiality in appraisal and bonus.
