Company AGENDA is HIRE and FIRE, They don’t have enough projects to work, Always they do over engineering and the clients will run away, No proper seniors to guide in the project, If any escalation comes from clients they won’t find root cause always blames QA, As QA if you try to defend with the cause they will fire

- Good seniors - Good appraisals - Good culture, mutual respect among peers. No politics. - WFH (based on project)

- It's a project based company so if a project is gone you are gone (mostly). - You'll be doing a lot of work, it can be a con or a pro depending on who you are.

I am not sure. Kartik is good leader (dislike: makes bad decision)

Promotes toxic work culture. People get fired on speaking truth. HR and administration are straight liars. 90% employee are interns (reason: easy to exploit.)

- Extremely bad HR culture, they'll do anything to cut money from you. - No work life balance, you'll be pushed to work day and night, weekends and very low appraisals.
