    Supportive team leads, good for freshers. Magento TL's were good.

    Dislikes

    Micromanagement (Time doctor, clickup). Every morning they will waste hours checking what employee did yesterday and what they will do today. Sometime there is high work load and high pressure. Director literally said "if you'll not track your task how will I judge you."

    The training provided was good- although the way was harsh and a lot of micro management

    ...Taking leaves even in case of emergency also is impossible and will be a loss of pay If you are a fresher they will ask you for signing a bond so that you don’t leave them but they can fire you any time They will fire you if there has to be a cost cutting and will ask you to resign else they will not provide relieving and other documents Only join this company if you don’t have any other choice- indeed if there is a job in the farthest corner of this earth or on mars then please go and join that company but don’t join cedcoss
