Jobless for 6 months - Need Help!

Hey everyone, I've got 2.8 years of experience in frontend development and automation testing at Oracle Cerner. My role got axed due to restructuring. I've been actively searching for a job in both roles, applying on Naukri, asking for referrals, and using Instahyre. Sometimes, HR calls, asks about my experience, skills, current CTC (10 LPA), expected CTC (14-16 LPA or 40%-60% hike), and then says they'll check with the recruiting team. But I never hear back! If I follow up, they say it's still under review or they haven't heard back either. Even when interviews are scheduled, I ace the first round (answering almost everything), but still get rejection emails. My family depends on me, so I'm really stressed. I know the market's tough, but I'm failing even after attending interviews. Any tips or suggestions on how to land a job? Please help!

...f new hires are doomed once they get into this company. Everything is hardcoded. Very poor pay and benefits. No job training, nobody knows how to work. These people are just hiring for 6-7LPA and then BOOM! You will get 6-12% hike next year and then after two years, you become a liability as they cannot pay you more. They will indirectly tell you to go! But BAM! You've got not relevant experience to go for any other job!

The work at Cerner is of immense importance and directly impacts patient care.

1. The salary and compensation are extremely below the market bracket. 2. The management does not provide hikes and promotions to deserving candidates and uses the excuse of the Oracle merger. 3. Even after one obtains the highest performance rating, the hike is the same as the base rating. 4. Even if you discuss this with the management they suggest looking for a job OUTSIDE Cerner if money is important (I don't know any professional for whom money is NOT important). 5. There is less/no scope for learning and development whatsoever. 6. The saddest part of it all is that these issues started in 2019 and went downhill from 2020 (since Covid). Work culture, Care for Employees, Compensation, everything is now completely gone.
