    I have worked on before 11 years,but work satisfaction very good & working experience excellent in CHP.

    If any new person (without experience / 1-3 years experience)came in our company his salary above from old working person . So sad for old person with mental harassment...

    Good work environment & culture Team mates are supportive & the management is not transparent. Company policies are good, salary increment policy is not good. I am join this company 2016, experience 7 years salary fixed 12000/- . Now 6 years experience in Chennai Radha Engineering Works but till now salary 18000/- 13 years experience. Management lebel increment good but down line is not good. Promotion nothing increment nothing, 2016 joing Designation Asst Engineer, now 2022 Designation Asst Engineer.

    There is a lot of politics & Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good & career growth is slow. Here is a bond of 6 years.

    Job security is good but salary is less compare to other companies .worst management managers are politicians. no respect for technical professionals even they provide same room for helper & engineers.Tamil people are boss no matter which position they have. If u are engineer then don't come into this company.

    I worked as an HR in this company for around 2 years. On the positive side, its a huge conglomerate working across the country in major power-plants and harbors. We could gain good technical exposure to operations of highly reputed industries which otherwise inaccessible.

    Dislikes

    ... Not to mention, their compensation/ salary appraisal is the worst. If someone values self-dignity, this place won't suit them.
