    You will be learning a lot under pressure. Company provides a good increment half yearly. Team member will be handling the project mostly. If the TL is good then your growth will be more. HR member will be like showing off in the name benefits. Nothing like any benefits which they are claiming that they are providing. Only Meal benefit you can get there. And the cafeteria is large and spacious. Food quality is average.

    Dislikes

    HR will be showing off in the name of 16 benefits. House benefit is very lengthy process to get. Almost hard to get. Salary slip something else and what you get in your account is something else.

    Food subsidy. Which is the part of your salary.

    They will ask you to sign the bond at the time of joining. If you breach that bond even after next day of joining, the will file a complaint in court against you. you can not leave the company without notice period of 3 months, but they can terminate you from next date without any acknowledge. If you join the company you have to sign the bond of 80 pages.

    It's great place to enlarge ur knowledge. Chetu always prefer to use advance framework and codding pattern. There are multiple teams on same domain hence easy to get help from others.

    Dislikes

    For me, they do not pay developer as per market. Benifits also not as good as reputed organization

    Nothing to like Poor salary , and they can fire you any time And most important there are some floor manger who don't A,B,C,D of coding will give you below average at the end of every month Avoid this scammer company

    ... They also provide cab services but employee have to pay if they are not living in the area between 2km and zones described by them

    Dislikes

    They don't have much experienced Workers. They mostly hires trainee and put lots of pressure on them to complete the tasks. Project Managers are not skilled. Sometimes team members have to stay late night and complete the tasks. Office timings is very odd 2PM to 11PM and even not all Saturday is holiday i.e. one Saturday is working and another one will not working.
