...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

The only good thing about my tenor in chola was good salary, they will pay you handsomely if you are working good enough . You will learn how to manage and micromanage your team

Dislikes

Work life balance is pathetic, you have to start your day early and the day will never come to an end. Continuous con calls even if you are on leave officially.

Friendly nature with seniors and employes .Good salary benifits and incentive structure. Skill development and time to time learning module.

Office work timing not fixed. We have not sufficient time for family

Salary and appraisals are very works in some teams they should develop there strategy too... I was wondering that the managers are educated or what?... They didn't even have a brain,size of sparrow's brain, common sense and all

Only I like in this company is timely incentive and salary .

Work environment worst , full pressure to sell other products if your background is from loan and they will pressurise you to do collection and sell motor insurance, concall from higher level is very terrible 5-6 con call in a day , bosses doesn't support junior level employees always pressurise them no job time they will tell you should work from 9 am in the morning and no time till night . Very bad company.
