    Dislikes

    Lack of on-the-job training and resources, promotions on the basis of politics, no work life balance, calling to office and waste time in travelling during the busy month-ends, night shifts are very horrible due to extended work hours, no support from team during issues. HR policies are extremely strict and lacks humanity, if you switch just for promotion, you will regret most of the time. Many smart people take offer from here and use it for negotiation but never join here to save themselves from career adventure, weekends working for long periods is very frustrating, indigenous systems are very weak and vulnerable to big errors, Should be your last choice always.

    Used to be cafeteria before but no more in new building. WFH policy is for namesake Significant delays in promotion. Low salary No proper training but expects to be expertise No proper work allocation. Few are overburdened with 2-4 people of work. No leaves or WFH even on emergencies for petty reasons. No care about employees

    The take home salary will be as mentioned in the offer letter, There is lot to learn if your superiors are willing to teach.

    Dislikes

    Different office locations causes to stretch a lot, when it needs to be waited from any team abroad. Even if the work is finished at 9pm ist in a 3-12 shift, to get approval from local office will take around a lot of time and leads to stretch like 3-4 am ist.
