... Top management feels like they are providing everything best to the employee in the market 11. Headset will be another pathetic equipment which costs around 700 , they will expect this to be returned when you are leaving organisation otherwise they deduct it from your salary 12. They will ask for employee referral but never considers it and there will be no communication from HR as well... The referral will stand open for long months and years. 13. Even if there are any small wear and tears in work from home equipment they will deduct entire cost from the salary irrespective of how many years you have used the equipment 14. No work life balance 15. Don't join the company or consider this as last priority organisation in case if you have multiple offers in hand 16. You will be never allowed to leave prior to the time even if you don't have work, they will expect you to sit and complete your shift timing.

There is new policy called my flex for hybrid model which is not at all clear and micro management, no work life balance at all. If we tell the same to managers they will tell work life balance is a mind set

...ur cell phone which you purchased for personal use. Pathetic company to work in. Please don't go for money they will make you work double for that salary. And the quality of work is so procedural, they don't believe in concept clearing.
