No work life balance You need to pay your exgratia that you got when you leave the company You can claim the amount for your earned leaves after 10 years from confirmation If you have employee home loan in this bank, when you leave it will convert to normal housing loan and you need to pay the penalty amount from date of Disbursement to current date. Branch culture is worst ; you need to take care of each & everything in branch from ATM loading; admin activities to officer / manager role

I joined bank on jan 2023 , now sep 2024 , still no confirmation. during probation period 18 months only 24 leaves given and over and no leaves from four months and during family emergency and health emergency getting LOSS OF PAY No confirmation even after completion of 18 months probation period Basic pay 10k, never increased till now, even tough 12% inflation beating our back. they given 4 LPA GROSS, BUT fixed 3 LPA WHICH NEVER INCREASE, till you shift to other banks. They take fake concern for transfer request to new branch open in next coming six months but give transfer to people who never opted for that branch They hire manger from other banks to put in assistant manager cadre luring them they give better position after new branches open, which won't happen even yeara later they expect only 10 calls 4 meets but not business they expect insurance without giving any perks. no walkins due to lack of popularity in other than Tamil Nadu states they don't do digital advertising, ask branch staff to distribute pamplets , and banner tie covering entire branch the customers are very unsatisfied with the customer service, from backend teams, delay loan processing delayed reply to complaints, delayed service.... many college freshers are locking after joining the branch due to heavy training fee and recruitment ment fee....return, which is violating fundamental law of freedom. branch IS not closing even after 9 pm, due to lots of pending works and NPA FOLLOW UOS, CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, SALES TARGETS IF SOME PENDING WORK IS THERE TGE CENTRAL OFFICE CONTROLLING YOUR FREEDOM TO CLOSE BANK ON TIME BG PUTTING COMPUTER SHUTDOWN RESTRICTIONS. IF YOUR BRANCH HAS PENDING WORKS DUE TO FRAUDS, NEGLIGENCE OF PREVIOUS STAFF, AND NPA YOU BETTER PREPARE TO PURCHASE A FLAT JUST BESIDE BRANCH TO SLEEP 5 TO 6 HOURS NO SEPERATE TEAMS TO HANDLE A SPECIFIC WORK PREPARE FOR MIND BLOWING MULTI TASKING DON,T FORGET TO PURCHASE LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE WITH HUGE COVERAGE JUST AFTER JOINING THE BRANCH..........

Learning opportunities are high as compare to other banks.

...s are not there so if one joins there so next 3-4 years the salary will be same. Also the HR policies are not good we one plans to take exit from the bank has to pay a lum sum amount last one year bonus, traing and recruitment cost etc etc and that is comes around 8-10 percents wt u got in last 3-4 years. So specially for middle class people this bank is not recommended. Also the bank is not that safe for girls

...d appraisal systems.Still old age methodology is followed.Poor upper management.Low salary but heavy work comparing to other organisations.No separate marketing team branch staffs do both outside and inside marketing and branch works seamlessly.

Nothing to be liked. Their motto is like LIC but with very different meaning: sucking your blood - employment ke saath bhi employment ke baad bhi. They demand ridiculous amount of money in the name of training cost whenever you quit (they have your original certificates) . Amount is not fixed as it depends on how much you have earned till then (the HR deptt has special calculator for this)

...he name is deceiving by combining two famous bank names (Citti + Union bank). You are not losing any money by letting employees keep the salary they deserve, but by your attitude which makes good employees leave.
