Terrible job .. No salaries on time ..(7th of every month and they hold your FnF) Worst culture .. Seniors are not capable and educated they teach some educated person.. HR's support worst (All the likes are dislikes)

Everything about salary , FnF work culture , no reliving letter , no HR support , And not a single support from seniors .....

Once you resigned, they will not give your salary and travel reimbursement. And they will say if you work in the same industry we will file a case on you. Apart from that they make you fraud. Pathetic service and company..

1. Disguised Unemployment 2. No working Process 3. Offer Higher Salary to Tier I and II college employee and less salary to those below Tier I and II 4. Work culture is very bad 5. Force to work after office time (as such they called Work-Life Balance) 6. Manager's behavior is not good. 7. Have less focus on Testing Side. 8. Offered Permanent WFH, but now call office forcefully

I think Classplus is the best company I have worked with. Great culture, best working environment and beautiful infrastructure .

Dislikes

There is nothing as such that I disliked about Classplus, but obviously there are some employees Who made the working environment, little toxic and Political, which might create little discomfort among other people Obviously, it is totally up to employees, not Classplus as a company. I would love to thanks, The co-founder and CEO, for creating the best company ever!! ~An ex employee

My team was good Incentive on achieving targets Flexible timings when i used to work Lot of pressure

Dislikes

Working all day , whenever client wants demonstration of product . Sunday are also working if targets are not achieved. No work life balance If 2 months you have not achieved your targets,you are fired
