Nothing there is to be like as all focus of the company to make happy blue collar.

Dislikes

This the first company where there is no salary difference between salary of blue collar and white collar. All cost cutting applicable for white collar. All the perks are for blue collar like anniversary leave and gift is for blue collar not for white collar. 5 year 10 year gift is applicable for blue collar. There are many more...

Everything. Not even worth of rating 1 star. Working here is like a nightmare. Worst HR, incapable & non deserving people at higher level; people here are not at all professional, lack leadership & managerial skill, no ethics & mannerism, very very cheap mentality people creating overall pathetic work culture.

Worst company. Highly corrupt & political company. Never ever join this company. You can not survive until unless you have Godfather in this company. The culture is to stubborn your manager and grow.
