    CnH has in house development. Mainly focusing on Microsoft and Azure Cloud technology. Salary structures is also good. Monthly and quarterly parties. Work from options are 3 days a week. Flexible working hours.

    Since I joined CnH just 6 months back so not sure of any cons.

    Everything. Not even worth of rating 1 star. Working here is like a nightmare. Worst HR, incapable & non deserving people at higher level; people here are not at all professional, lack leadership & managerial skill, no ethics & mannerism, very very cheap mentality people creating overall pathetic work culture.

    HR support is really pathetic. No support for internal Job Transfer HR is focused on cost reduction so they cut margins in Health benefits, pay extra for medical insurance benefits for parents, mandatory leave lapse policy so they dont have to pay at time of retirement. False hybrid work culture

    CNH only hire Candidates on Contractual basis(non permanent employee) with less pay & no guarantee of getting Permanent employee of CNH even after working for CNH for 10 years which means employees never feel save & secure future, no growth, no appriciation. If we select any contractual employee by default & ask this he will definitely give same respond
