    1.Get to learn new technologies with new small scale projects 2.Work-life balance 3.Working hours are flexible.

    1.There are not much projects that they hold,so even experienced people have to be in bench for long period. 2.Salary and appraisals are very poor, not worth to work for. 3.No hybrid model,no flexibility for work-from-home. 4.Wadgaonsheri office location is not accessible to people who are travelling with public transport.Not much lunch/mess options nearby.

    Only good salary is the perk here nothing else

    1.First thing amit thakkar sir ko lagta hai ki company politics free hai, people first culture hai lekin this js myth. 2. Few leads are good such as Harish Soni,aman kumar but few show unnecessary attitude, they are good software engineer but not good lead they will make your life hell. 3.they say flexible timings hai office ka . Lekin you are even forced to wait in office after 8hrs even if your tasks are completed. 4. They won't allow wfh in any condition even if there is an emergency condition. 5. They will ask you every now and then before applying leave ki Bhai kyu leave le rahe ho , there are some personal reasons and they should respect it 6. Most of the people here are women oriented, when beautiful girls ask them for help or any PR review they immediately do the task where as if a male asks they extend it further. 7. If you want to mess up your life from work life balance then you are welcome to coditas.

    1. They will say 8 hrs of working but they will make you stay till 12 hrs. 2. Some of them pressurise alot to wait even if you have completed all of your tasks. 3. Work from office which is really hectic
