...t- worst(even if your manager appreciates you, they will not give promotions)! Salary hike- worst, if you're staying too long(even an A+ will not ensure a good salary hike). - Underpaid - Mediclaim policies are disaster, don't opt for it, else you wont be able to opt out(no option to do so unless you leave the company ). Many cons related to management. Only one word can define that- pathetic!

Growth and compensation both are slow here I think Salary and appraisal should be awarded to the hard working employees

Very poor salary appraisals and moreover ex. They will conduct appraisal cycle with reviews discussion n all.. after 2 mohths release grades.. and then release appraisal letters after another 3-4 months.. this time, for 2025, it is September.. just to hear that 'your ctc remains same'. There is very high level of office politics and favoritism is in their key values there. The one who stands favourite to the appraiser.. will get the hike, promotion recognition everything. I left with almost 4 years of experience.. just to grow from 3.6 to 5 LPA. My whole bootcamp batch (15 peoples)was left with no appraisal for 2 years. NO WONDER COFORGE HAD GROWN WITH 40% YEAR ON YEAR.. WONDER WHY? BY STEALING EMPLOYEES SALARY HIKES. They will say sugar coated stuff.. but don't believe. Should have not joined this company in the first place.

They offer good jump in salary when u join them from any other organization. The salary is credited in time and they have there own portal from where u can download all months salary slips, experience certificate and Form 16. The company main campus of Greater Noida is World Class it's very beautiful with every facilities inside the campus like free gym, swimming pools etc.

If u r offered a good salary then possibly u will be mapped to a very challenging project and directly work will be assigned to u without any project KT or training. I worked in a Mule Project where we developed as per the technical design doc given to us by Architect but it was full of fault and incomplete details and to my surprise my manager never told architects to correct the doc all he did was yelling on me that why dev work is still pending U get very less client interviews opportunity. and they have mostly old legacy projects If u can't find any project in 2 months of bench period they will force u to resign

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Lot… lot… lot..of things dislike
