Hi there! I am a Cloud DevOps Engineer with 5.9 years of experience specialized in Azure. I am currently in a job switch, and I notice that companies are not able to match or provide more than a 25 LPA salary. Are others also facing similar issues? Or is it just me? I tried in mostly all IT MNCs and then rejected offers during offer letter discussions. For example, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, PWC, and Tech Mahindra. Variable pay is not paid properly, income is taxed incorrectly, salary hike are postponed frequently, manager are not 1-1 relationship its a matrix system and home manager changes every 3 to 6 months, managers always deligate their own work to associates
