Move to Germany or Stay in India

Hi guys, So my current package is 35L with CTS and I got a full time offer with a good company in Germany and they provide good benefits including international relocation. But they offer littler lower range only 90EUR. After humongous tax take home would come around 55L INR PA. I am little bit confused to accept the offer but this is the best I can get in Germany from India. I have 20 YOE so I dont want to take anymore risk moving to a different job in future. Looking for your suggestions whether to move to a new country where I also need to learn a new language or stay in India.
