... Their mindset like getting my salary and my pocket is full don't care about my reportees. The people who works more than 10 years , during their last working day not even getting Fair send off in most of the projects. And the project i worked, members splits into North and South, Guys acknowledge the talent based on the skill set not based on the place where they coming from. If you are fresher don't join this company better improve your skill set work some product base who receive the talent based on your skill set. I have worked in Non IT in cognizant as a process executive for google client Literally the salary too low in offer letter they'll show on package but in hand we'll get low salary. Coming to TLs and POD Leads they'll not listen our concerns their point is right our point is wrong when we raise a mistake from their it looks like a mistake for them and they'll target us and always they'll keep pressure on us, Sometimes they'll ask us to work on saturday and sunday too. Shift timings is 9AM is 7PM but in end of the day they'll give new task to work. I Strongly do not recommend to join in CTS Non IT. Dont join in CTS Non ITRead More
