    Unfortunately there is nothing an employee can like about this company. The leadership team operates flaunting fake confidence and display sheer arrogance while dealing with employees. The current CEO is an incapable guy who has no clue of anything but tries to show that things are in control

    ... They do not pay salary on time, when they pay they deduct salary without a reason. Have you heard salary deduction based on month on month performance appraisal anywhere? Company run by rogues, I don't know why the investors can't see this

    Unfortunately there is not a single thing I liked about this company. I really hope there could be anything that I can say good things about but there are none.

    ... I've seen better pay and perks at fast-food restaurants. It's insulting to see the company's executives living lavishly while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet. Worst of all, there's no room for growth or development. The company seems content to keep employees stuck in dead-end positions with no opportunities for advancement. It's demoralizing and disheartening. In summary, this company is a sinking ship, and I'm jumping off before it drags me down any further. It's a soul-sucking, demoralizing place to work, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    ... On leavinf the company expect a lenghty delay in getting paid and the probable chance they wont pay holidaya or notice periods. No office equipment supplied ( bring your own laptop) no printer or phones supplied either.

Also cutting the salary according to each month's rating. surviving this much we still worked hard and at last they asked 120-150 employees to resign at once stating that our performance was not up to the mark and saying that it is not a mass layoff. They are not providing any severance to the people who are made to resign forcefully asking them to leave the job in one day's notice. They haven't even given salaries to the people working here currently for the past 1 month who are working continuously working 11-12 hours daily for the past 15-20 days. They have terminated jobs of top tire colleges such as IITs and IIMs.
