Indian Management is very poor. No health benefits or employee care Worst ever HR, treats employees like dirt and dictatorship, when we raise a complain, they reveal us and bring the whole management to corner that person. Even to take WFH, it requires permission from the highest level of Chennai office. Our earned leaves are not entitled to us
