It has been more than 1 year and I didn't see any likes working in CBA and if in case you have a good manager you understand and support the employee then you will like the company. But for me the experience is not good

Dislikes

Not proper hiring i.e i have seen the managers who are hired for specific roles ,but they didn't have the skills to handle the team and during the time of joining and offer letter the variable pay amount discussion didn't happen properly So if you are joining CBA make sure you have a proper discussion about variable pay and what role you will be working ,as i have seen the role which they hire and work which we do is opposite Just make sure the you are not compromise with you fixed salary,as th variable pay may look big,but at the time of appraisal the variable pay amt will be in peanuts

Salary only one thing. That too HR reduce your previous organization PF amount and based on that they give 30% hike.

Dislikes

One of the worst organizations. No proper management in Transaction Monitoring. Daily we need to stretch and weekend works. 3+ years project got started but management still say that we are pipeline the project. Think twice before you join to CBA.

Working timings. Salary and benefits.

Dislikes

Work timings and Salary & benefits.. all these comes into the picture only if you have the job security. Every 6 months, company goes for restructuring and then you will spend sleepless nights worrying whether your job will be secured or your role is going to be redundant.

...The variable pay (here they will call STVR) No one gets 100% Always less than 50 or 60% Project allocation If you good influence by locality or state or language You will good project or onsite Who is working really hard and delivering everything properly they will get nothing And end of the day full platform issues They will corn flakes morning that is enough for very few Instead of that they can stop it If we are doing something it should reach to everyone They will town hall meeting And they will bring limited stuff People will go for it like local mass market They are using navigate app for access building worst app .. total time waste Our home WiFi is 100 times faster the company's internet speed

Dislikes

They will give worst welcome kit Not at all useful Here people trying show their authority No software culture All the scrap refferal candidates are there No documentation of requirements No info in JIRA people will get promotions if they are close to his/her manager They will provide the wired headphones with uncomfortable one The office keywords board are worst They will provide office mouse you can't move one inch also freely It is like sticking to nearby monitor There is no border between one seat to another They will force you to come to office But space to sit Even space is there No chair to sit To have nice lunch no seats To have water or coffee no cups or glass Always packed They don't know why they are calling to office People will come to office to talk and waste the time inside the office without working Only good thing good is good package
