Mass recruitment when they receive new project hope from Client. Good appreciation of the veteran people who are working here since long back.

Dislikes

The recruit people with fake promises. Firstly when we have been recruited they talked about the variable pay, after 2months they removed it as "CORONA GONE", i dont know what type of professionalism is this. Eventually package got decresed. Rest of the year they have given hope that appraisal will be there with promotion. Suddenly their clients ran off, budget issues happened, everything came in the picture. In the month of July/august when people are waiting for the appraisal desperately, they said they couldn't give appraisal but wouldn't lay off employee. Now another movie plot is coming..wait. Suddenly some clients asked them to work from office due to their data security, and they are that much respectful towards clients they didn't think about the employees situation whom they have recruited by showing the hope of "unlimited time WFH" and employee accepted the lower salary package just for that reason. Aside to that no salary increment will be there, cab facilities only for ladies and self paid services, no shifting bonus, no economic help. Only HOPE they are getting. So all together the company become" Best place to work" in this way. But yes I must say the situation was good of course once upon a time, when some incapable people also got some good designation with good package. So based on previous record, don't put your valuable career in vein, afterall you have to respect your job, they will not care about this.

People are very friendly and you can easily reach out to managers and other higher authorities people.

Dislikes

Salary is low and no appraisal were given to anyone for the performance of year 2022 despite company making huge profits as well as getting new projects.

In Congruex, only team work is there which one can accept as something positive.

Dislikes

No appraisal. Salary cuts with different reasons. No promotion. No recognition. WFH employees getting less pay than WFO employees. It took place mid year with just a short notice. HR dept. took people in bulk but they can't even maintain what they've taken responsibility for.

...If you are a fresher and salary doesn't matter you can happily work here. So there is 2 thing here one is Operation work and 2nd is technical and skilled work Layout and Tcp is basically a drawing a type of map that you have to draw with some software one is ARAMIS and other is AUTOCAD If you work in layout and tcp team there is work load and targets but salary is very less. If you work in management role position then there is less work load compare to TCP and layout work

Dislikes

I was happy to work in this company initially because its work from home and very less work load but at same time you will find variation in work load in different teams. After 1 year later expectations went down from company. What i dislike about the company is that Let me explain from here In this company appraisal count from April. In October 2022 they cut down the CTC and the reason they gave because you all were working from home. The Company delayed appraisal from April 2023 to june 2023 and then cancel the appraisal for all employees Another thing i dislike about company is they keep on changing your team so at some time you will realise that a person who did BA and a person who did BTech doing the same job. and also you will realise that a 10th grade or 12 grade student can do this job. Graduation is just a formality and eligibility for this company to work.
