...anical maintenance people. Please avoid it for your health and peace of mind. Those who joined newly they will get least salary increments 2.5℅ only they give. Daily work hours up to 12 hours Saturday is half day, but boss not let us to take. I suggest that it is worst place to work for mechanical maintenance guy. You can enquiry. If you want, if you join in this location you will be regretted definitely.

...ulture ever I have worked. HR dominates the entire organisation, local politics. Less pay for the work. Long hours some time you will have to be in shifts for 16 hours on duty

This is a balanced organization. There is good work life balance and good compensation. Not much of unwanted pressure. Do your job, deliver the results and keep moving. I like this company just for their simplicity.
