In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. It's a manpower consultants which works majorly for Tata Projects Limited. I was working with Quality Services division. Positive points are that you are working for Tata Group and mostly manpower is hired on contract but your contract renews automatically. Usually there is no employee layoff until & unless you have violated company code of conduct.
