    I'm working in warehouse at RPA department. Company provided 6 day week off with yearly leave and arrange trip plan for employees so no scope to improve your skills.

    ... Work culture is very pathentinc and every time says that for termination or salary hold and also not any single training sessions happen in rpa.

    Staff ko aage post ke liye opportunity nahi milati. Cashier ko incentive nahi aata hai. Aur manager se baat Kiya to bolate hai upperwale koi bhi nahi dekhate.maine to try Kiya tha apni problem sm ke saath share Kiya tha. Aur unko bhi bola tha aap yeh baat aage upar forward kardo lekin kuch nahi hota hai.Aur Jo bhi best kaam Kar Raha hai staff uske saath hi Aisa kyun hota hai. Isliye resign Dena padata hai. Pls ground staff ka bhi tata company ne sochana chahiye staffke future ke baare me.

    Mr.Robin Sharma, L&D Head has committed mental harassment and Hiral Vyas GM HR, is aware of everything, yet she has never stepped in to help as HR. They are merely promoting product training under the guise of L&D. and no one from upper management investigated what was going on inside the development where five senior employees has left from L&D team wishing a year.
