There is no MNC kind of culture. Its more or less indian style and one may feel cultural shock. Rating and rewards are highly biased and top managment gives no vision for your career progression,undue importance to CA professionals make experienced guys dejected and hence high level atrrition. Pay is below par for those stick to company for long time,very low social security measures like lower group insurance cap,no accident or life insurance etc. High pressure working and almost no crosss training in many teams. No team outings. Even managers do work as individual contributor role hence no opportunity to develop leadership skills.Read More

Company policy on promotions are old school norms. Managements will hire new person with higher compensation but will not promote existing employees. Promotions are biased.... they will promote to retain employees and not on merits. Then deserving candidates will obviously switch the company and thats why this company has worst retention ration among all.Read More
