-Management -HR department (One rotten apple spoils the whole barrel. That's current HR head, he'll amaze you from day 1) -Seibel crm.. it's not 2011 anymore. -Salary disparity ---If you aren't bored yet, I'd like to add some more thoughts: Cubastion keeps on hiring freshers of non-CS/IT streams from tier-1 collages. They are paid higher salary than the ones coming from CS and IT streams belonging to other collages. For a student coming from a tier-1 college, the expectations of salary is always high and to be frank, if the company hadn't shown fake CTC at the time of placements, I'm quite sure that they wouldn't have had the chance of getting such a high number of applicants during their campus drive (showed CTC of 9.65 lpa. initially, by adding an optional component, only to provide a final offer letter showing the actual CTC i.e. 8.15 when the placement season was almost over). As a result it creates a sense of discontentment at workplace and during my stay in this company I could feel that quite clearly. While the freshers from CS/IT background would work their a** off, they are the ones who would get paid less. This needs to change. Hiring freshers from tier-1 colleges only to compel them to leave within 6 months and then boast about the previous hirings in the upcoming placement drives will only have detrimental effects on every freshers enticed with false hopes upon getting placed. It's been 16 years and Cubastion is still a startup with existential crisis, no proper management and of course the current HR head. I hope the ones giving 5 star rating gets their much needed appraisal. For others---Stay away guys, you will find better opportunities. Advice to management: If promised, allow an employee willing to serve the notice period, complete their term. Inform the employee beforehand, so that they can make the required arrangements in case of early release by mutual consent. Focus more on fostering the freshers of CS/IT backgrounds hired from non-Tier 1 colleges, as they are the ones who can be counted upon in the long run. Take a cue from giants like Zerodha. Thanks!

.... Limited and Old Technology siebel which will not help you in switching job. 4. Pay very less as compared to market, and raise your salary if you bring offer later from some other organisations. 5. It is totally upto your project and project manager.

... part about working in it is the learning opportunities and salary compensation. They pay you more than the market price and give you ample opportunities to learn, lead and grow if you have that desire in you.

Dislikes

Being a small company, there is always uncertainity about the project's future, relocations etc because Indian clients usually go after economics and brand name rather than quality however that disadvantage is also decreasing as the company is growing and establishing its regional offices.

Salary on time. Before Pandemic it was nice work culture.

Dislikes

Nowadays for promotion they are conducting Interview like a school students. They have remove variable pay without intimation an there is no compensation for the same. They wont provide location for all region only Gurugram in India. They force people to work on two projects who are all having high package. They will partiality always for appraisal.

The only good thing is you will become damn good in handling office politics because that's what you'll be facing at Cubastion all the time.

Dislikes

They fire you at any point of time. Zero appreciation. Worst work culture. You will start feeling the negativity when apprisal/bonus period is about to come.
