    Only salary is the part which they can offer you.

    Dislikes

    Bad management, specially in application support. They don't have work and ask you to bring work by own. Create your own work. They will put you in PIP if they feel you are not required now even for very small reason. No appreciation at all. Favoritism on peak.

    Everything but salary. Management is the worse here. No work life balance.most of the employess do not know anything about the product and are unskilled. Just drawing salary for attending and scheduling meetings. Promotions are based on tenure and not on performance. They focus on timesheets more than they do on the work that has to be done.

    Their pay for same roles are different for people with 3 year and 4 year degrees even if a 3 year degree candidate is better than a 4 year/masters candidate, they get paid lesser. Pay should be purely skill based to keep employees motivated.

    The Cvent Learning Portal is a great platform to learn from also the colleagues are supportive to help you in learning new things if you wish to. The parties are no doubt the only catchy and flashy things for the company and you would hear the CEO boast about the same in multiple occassions.

    ... Also , the AVP of the department may come to a decision whereby they would out of nowhere decide to cut if the budget and hence your compensations and bonus an be stopped at any point! I also understand that Cvent itself has set a reputation, however even if the CEO Mr. Reggie himself guarantees it l, they can really back off according to the financial condition of the company and close their doors right on your face.
