Everything is messed up here. Worst work culture. HR department is worst. They didn't gave bonus of many employees wich was cut from salary. Also Design Manager is pathetic. He forced many people to resign on his own without any valid resons. I am not the person who has been fired, but still I know many people whome he fired without any valid reason.
