...Salary structure is very low. Journalist (Reporter) and sales team main income source by they are working differently, they didn't help each other cordination issue. They didn't providing news coverage whome giving business to newspaper. Reason being Client satisfaction is very low as compared other hindi newspaper like punjab kesari, Dainik savera.
