No job security. No compensation. No employee policy. Middle east culture is followed like indians are labours. Low level office politics. Zero work life balance.

In such a crucial situation like Covid-19 pandemic, instead of securing future of employees, DAR have laying off their employees. There is no job security in this company.

No compensation for overtime. You may have to work after office time.

...e (8 am to 6 pm*). Job was secure till COVID-19 but then it was highly volatile. Best thing is that Contribution to PF by employers is apart from salary.

Lack of hierarchy can be sensed since all the decision are taken by management 😀.

The office is clean and washrooms are hygenic. Paid lunch is also provided.

Company treats you as bonded labour. They note everytime time you punch in and punch out even for 5 mins.No team no management . Some People are working there for years they think it is their company and they do what they like. Any work is provided despite of your interests. Nobody listens to your problems. You have to come on sat sun if required. On submission day you have to work late .Company is like a living hell .
