    Only thing to like about this company is that there is no delay in the salary or in other words salary gets credited on time. Apart from that if you have no other place to work and you are in dire need of survival then you should join this company.

    Dislikes

    Most of the things in Dataflow are to be disliked. It is the most unprofessional work place, no salary growth, extreme pressure of work that you feel like without a Job at least there was some peace but in this job life becomes hell. In short you will be given work which can't be done in 1-2 days and then you will have to face the your Manager for not completing the work on time. Salary as Fresher is 16500/- which is fine as fresher but given the work and pressure one has to go through they shoud pay at least between 40k-50k. Nothing to learn apart from working in extreme pressure. Management wants 2-3 employees' output from 1 employee and also doesn't wants to pay the justified salary. No work-life balance, uprofessionalism, bad company culture, low salary growth are motto of this company. Beware of Dataflow Group, you will have nightmares about your Manager scolding you for the delay in work which can any day turn into reality.

    HR & employees were good but it's been more than a year till now they haven't issued me my internship certificate.

    1. Poor Salary , In Ops freshers were getting Rs.17500 in hand. 2. My TL who has been working past 4 years he was getting only Rs.28K In Hand.

    Management is really bad. Managers and senior managers are intolerable. One will face alot of humiliation of not able to butter their manager inspite completing their task.

    Too much travelling and sometimes you are too tired to carry on but you have to coz the company is paying for your stay and food (when you are out station) and you have to justify it. Pathetic increment in FY2022. Hope it would get better

My journey feel likes I am getting exploited no promotion, no growth, salary hike of 5 percent after getting appreciation from seniors hahahaha feel like joke to me now. If you're really keen to join corporate then don't come here and waste your time.
