Favoritism and internal politics are common, which negatively impact team dynamics and fairness. 4. Although the manager frequently mentions past involvement in numerous projects, there is minimal visible contribution or leadership to support those claims. 5. Complaints about colleague misconduct are not handled with confidentiality; in fact, the individual who raised the concern is often revealed, leading to discomfort and trust issues. 6. Constructive feedback is not well received. When challenged or corrected, the manager tends to retaliate or target individuals. 7. Credit is often taken for successful outcomes, while blame is shifted onto developers when issue arise. 8. There is no clear indication of any direct coding involvement, even at basic level. 9. Disgusting work culture .Full of office politics and informal behaviour with no work life balance and lack of professionalism.There is no system in this company everyone is involved only in politics and partiality.They don’t give leaves as they promise and will pressure you to no limit.

...ill not involve in escalations, Manager will threaten you that he will put PIP with any reason, They will hold the salary if you are not coming to the office when manager will call ( site supervisors has to work on site till 6 in the evening and all the way they have to travel to HSR just to update the project status, which it can be done online)

Nothing is good in this firm.i don suggest anyone to join this company.the team coordination in the company is very bad.they don even encourage and support newly appointed employees
