Company OWNER IS good. Credibility of the Manager at Gurugram office is questionable.

Lose of pay for two days if we take one day leave in the training period. The ongoing project is basically a data entry operators job.

Work culture where coming late to office for half an hour results deduction to half day salary, but in other hand working for an hour extra in the evening will not be compensated and also not paid. Carrier growth is slow. Appraisal depends on Teamlead review which will result in how close and good are you with that particular teamlead

I had the worst experience to work with the company as a fresher, because of its work culture where coming late to office for half an hour results to half day salary, but in other hand working for an hour extra in the evening will not be compensated and also not paid. And the HR team and managers are the worst because they don't see as company but in reverse loot it from workers in name of snacks and all extras of 500 INR but provide 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays with each 10 rupees of chips and 10 rupees of juice tetra pack.

I was appointed as worker in production team, and developed till acting team lead. The worst part is where I didn't get any salary hike despite of all progression. I suggest not join this company as fresher or experience. In same domain there are lot other companies in bangalore to join as fresher.

Infrastructure is good. But they follow very poor work culture. Work life balance is very poor. You can only achieve if you are a Kannadiga or you can fluently speak Kannada
