Absolute shit show of an institute. They would pay you peanuts and would be ready to deduct even that every chance they get. The administration is so anti-staff that even peons are better treated than the teachers. The teachers have absolutely zero say in any matter and they are penalised for every single thing. The process of interview, lets begin with that. Incase you wish to join mid-session you'd secure an Ad-hoc position which is less paying, this is never advertised or certained before hand. This won't even be mentioned/concealed until you nearly join. Second, the tedious long 4-5 rounds of interview that you won't know what basis/skill you are being tested upon. There is no clarity if its a panel round of knowledge based test or an HR round. There is obvious concealment of the nature of rounds, wherein sometimes they suggest it would just be an interaction with the heads of respective cluster schools but you'd find yourself in a faculty interview. The repetition of interview stages. The degradation/humiliation you'd be witnessing as they do not follow up with responses and wish for you to ask them at every step. Very unprofessional for a name as big as it is. They will mistake your willing to work for helplessness. The Principal is a shrewd wicked woman with no ethics, morals or humaneness. There is dirty politics even after the final interaction and succeeding in it, as they change your pay scale with no assurance of it getting better just vague words which shouldn't be trusted. The Principal definitely has some insecurity with deserving candidates or takes saddistic pleasure, a sweet talker who will ignore you while you are in a conversation with her and belittle you just by her body language. Such a big name for an institution that wants to hire exceptional candidates of high qualification for PRT grade which is good for students but they can't afford to give respect to the candidates or their employees. The number of people leaving each year/month is evidence why they have to conduct interviews each year for appointment and mid-session appointments as well. Everything is is bad. So poor organisation to work with. Toxic work culture is there Vice principal Doesn't know the basic handling way to handle the things. Everytime she is poking her things to everyone's work. No job sequrity is there. They can remove anybody without any prior notification to place their people. Stay back thing is horrible part. No personal life and work life balance. They will make you work like hell. Worst part is the viceprincipal madam and some of her teacher who are making the things worst for serving Most teachers are working here because they are not getting jobs anywhere or they are having some problems.
