There is no proper route to set LM dept, Manager are out pressure in ground, they don't how to bring out from stress DC to non Stress, new joiner don't joine this company if u joined they will put in PIP in next before 2 months. Targetting to employees, partiality, and some old employees having one SOP and new joiner having on SOP. If new joiner done any mistake in training period, they saying SOP violence like that,worst culture,treating like ag slave,Planing for quit job better. And also they will want give anh proper training they give only rider / delivery boy like that training they provide.Read More

I truly didn't like the culture, worklife balace, appraisal, skill development either, only job security is the solo thing that is good in this because they don't have good appraisal and politics among company is too much which indirectly causes dissatisfaction among employees according to their caliber, neither they provide good salary, also promotions and appraisal is too bad in the company, I would never suggest anyone to join it if person wants his/her mental health to be good.Read More
