    Best work culture Good work life balance. Senior Management is good and supportive Various opportunities to work on different tech stacks or framework. So able to get good opportunities to learn. Good opportunities in Dell EMC data storage domain. Dell has strong vision and planning in data storage domain

    Dislikes

    Compensation is low compared to other product based and competitive companies. No stocks in CTC in general or fresher joinee. Sometime depending on projects technologies used might be legacy/old.

    We don’t know when our job will be lost or they transfer the employee to some other company. If you don’t like you will be asked forcibly to send resignation letter Every year they fired lot of employees. Family/self Insurance was bad and useless

    No Career growth, No proper salary hike, No Learning and development, Loads of Politics internally, all innovative ideas are rejected and Leads implement it later to grab rewards and recognition, Only Work and No Life at Dell HR Team not sure if the same story is with other Teams/Business units. No Over Time pay for any extra work done, No Head count support when volumes are high, Always threatening employees with PIP action. No proper benefits and Medical insurance for Parents. No Transport Facility for Employees.

    Associates are good. Lively and co operative

    Dislikes

    Too much politics. Negatively impacts the work. Bad compensation strategy. Biased and not transparent. Leadership is not bothered about well being of existing employees. You will only get attention when you either blackmail. Effort is not directly proportional to growth or compensation

    The culture in Dell emc is really good and you'll get work with great people. Initial salary nd increments are good and there is good compensation for working overtime or working on a public holiday.

    Dislikes

    After the initial hikes the salary increment is very slow and the there is nothing new to learn in job after first few months and you feel like learning curve is just in a hold
