4 days working.Long streched work. Filthy Politics at its peak. All good work credit taken by leaders and for all delays which was caused by external factors & beauracratic delays- they will make you escape Goat. This is the worst company if its about mental peace & Family well being.

Unnecessary competition with peers, irrelevant performance evaluation, immature managers, unethical Performance improvement programs, negetive work life balance, rotating clients

The Flexibility of work shifts and secondly and most importantly the year end bonus, hike and promotion discussion is done in a proper systematic way ensuring no favoritism overrules it.

Dislikes

The ask of client hours targets and the extreme pressure of work and deliverables during peak tax season, as during that time one works beyond 12 hours

Job security is there. Hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No space for skill development. Lot of internal politics. Not everyone are treated equally. Promotions are pushed without any proper explanation. Ratings are also not given very low affecting the promotion and hikes. When we ask why, they just say they don't know.

...n you are taking leaves. People easily take long leaves 2 to 3 weeks its common. Annual bonus is generally higher what they mention in your offer letter. For personal wellbeing deloitte provide wellbeing reimbursement like gym, yoga, spa, sports, books, board games, or any recreational classes fees/cost or any learning you want to do etc.

In some project work pressue is more. Sometimes difficult to maintain work life balance.
