Aftermarket Marketing department is very worst. Boss is working like Tukghlak. Morning he is saying different, evening different. He don't have any policy for working, Don't have market knowledge, He can not built team under him in his 11 or what ever years service. All good & capable people left the organization only due to his dirty politics. Sale also getting down due to his poor market knowledge but nobody is asking him so he is working like a Tughlak.
