Of course, Desai construction pvt ltd.is a good company, I have got a good experience working in this company, employees get a pay-per time salary in the company and worker are taken full care.

Some local Staff behave negatively with outside staff ,and senior level is also favored by them.

In companies there no long growth,no appriciation of work,no other benefit

some times it has no work to continue to service. Some times its salary standard is very with reference to other organisation is low. So there no full satisfaction.

Management is very bad, very bad support from the side of management, last 3 years no increments, no bonus and high pressure for work. High speed work that's why quality is very poor. Work is not systematic, only follow the poor previous system, that's why I quit that job

I like only one thing that we are able to go home at 6 pm

The working environment there is very poor. They have no female washroom for Front office downstairs, Partiality is on its peak, internally disputes between directors that adversely affect the working culture and environment of employees. Increment is only 500 to 1500 rs and not on performance basis, and because of these if we pull out data of this year and past years no new employees stay longer until they are not belonging to someone strong in the office.
