Hii Folks Looking for career advice I've total experience of 5 years mostly in customer care and sales I joined Deutsche Bank last year as an settlement Analyst the package that was offered was less as compared to other analyst on the same role due to field change as I joined Db after completing my MBA. Shall I stay in the same co for a few more months or start looking for another job for a good raise Unluckily there are very less options in my city Jaipur for a Ib candidate, can you suggest which field or profile would be the most suitable for me for a good hike I'm looking for a package around 8.5-9 LPA which is around 50-55% above my current package.

Dislikes

Nothing to like about deustche bank. There's no proper work culture. If concerns placed in terms of process on seniors, Managers don't take it seriously. They ignore blindly. Seniors yell to new joiners for asking doubts. If any personal issues highlighted to team which requires wfh or leave, the Manager shares it to team leads. I wonder who appointed them as Managers. There's not much enough time given to learn process. Within a month of joining, candidates are pressurised for quality and along with higher quantity in production. Work gets extended to 4 hrs a day atleast.

Dislikes

No one is really helpful even when you join organisations. Not even they bother to provide you initial overview, they assume you had crash course before joining and have enough knowledge to work directly. Also older people with more than 5,10 years of experience are making dependencies so that nobody outsider will get exact concepts of banks n it’s working. Also with micromanagement.
