The biggest thing is the culture! We all work like a group of friends, there is no politics, no aggressive competition, or a lot of pressure. The environment is open and motivating, it helps a lot in personal and professional development. The WFH + Workcations model definitely beats everything else, it gives me more time to spend with friends and family while also saving on rent and daily travel. With the workcations, I also get to travel, see new places, and build strong relationships with my team.

Dislikes

Being a startup, you are expected to wear many hats, this can become overwhelming at times, especially for people who struggle to multi-task. I like to see this as a learning opportunity and grow with it, being able to manage more work, people and lead bigger teams.

The staff at Desy It are quite friendly and helps out in every problem, even apart from office work. They make sure that you have the work life balance and you get recognized for you good work.

The team is so great that, sometimes I feel working offline would be way more fun than online.

I like the part of collaboration and directly speaking to stakeholders which is very rare in the design industries like you're the InCharge of the project and from the initiation point to the design handover.

I think the project intake frequency can be improved with targeted domain that company wish to work in.

Being new to working environment, I gotta say Dezy it has made everything so much easier for me to digest every part of it. Everyone in here is so supportive and helpful. I get the perfect work-life balance which I never thought would be possible given that the work from home culture. My first workplace couldn't have been better.

Dislikes

I don't think I have anything that I dislike. I'm getting used to the work environment day by day.
