There is no such thing call notice period as company will force you to stay without salary even after completion of notice period mentioned in the contract as they they will black mail for not releasing the EOSB and experience letter. Selfish managers who will utilize the team members for their personal work and it is such a toxic culture to work. Managers will ask reasons for vacation and will harass till last minute by not approving the due leaves as well. They will hire you for a particular position and will force you to do other jobs which is not at all related to your job profile and not appropriate for that position.Read More

Work policy: majority of my tenure was working from home as the company did not have the office , however office established in last year where I use to work 2 to 3 days from office and rest all client visit.
