On time salary. Good compensation & benefits. Leave policy. You can easily get leaves. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

The below comments are applicable only for people working in Network Sales. Things are different in Specialty Sales: No work - life balance. You have to WFH even if you're on leaves and even on holidays. You can get calls from clients as late as 1AM in the morning. On daily basis you start getting calls from clients early morning around 6AM and till around 10PM. Even when you're sick, you have to answer all the calls and reply all the e-mails. No work satisfaction. No mental peace. They can even call you at 4AM in the morning to the field to do promotional activities. You have to distribute pamphlets in parks, malls, markets and on roads in the name of promotional activities. When they launch new packages they will give you unnecessary pressure (a lot of pressure) to achieve your targets and once you achieve your targets they will increase it and will give more PRESSURE to achieve the new targets. No career growth. You have to wait for at least 4-5 years to get a promotion. Appraisals are extremely low as compared to other organizations. A lot of internal politics and favouritism is there in the organization. No job security, they have fired a lot of people who were working for more than 10 years with the organization.

Work culture is good. Different trainings are being organised for employees time to time. Salary always on or before time.

Dislikes

Only issue in working with Dr Lal PathLabs in Sales is you do not get time for personal life. Even if you're on leave you have to take all the official calls and reply all the e-mails. So, basically in case of leave you have to work from home. You can't go on trips or outings with free mind. Appraisals aren't as good as in other organizations.

Good Company in terms of stability. Salary on time Leave policy

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, you have to wait for 4-5 years for promotion. No Personal life after your working hour. No Holiday off. Zero Respect. No mental piece. Appraisals are very poor as compare to other Limited Company. You have to work on national holidays also. You are not allowed to Switch-off your phone, even you are on off or something happened in your family. You have to answer all calls on these days also.
