No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

So many dislikes were there, like officially off days we have to work, sundays also we have to work, gusted holidays not provided, such a hectic job...every time admissions, callings etc, no appreciation, No job security, employee were not friendly at all, no one support for the job

Organization Culture set up by the management 2. Benefits provided to employee even though Salary was less. 3. Encourage freshers as a trainers and sometimes Center Associate and trainees can become trainers.

Salary on time Quick response and resolution of issues

Dislikes

Nepotism , no promotion for talented trainer if they are not relatives and less hike to outsider other than relative of managers , escalation and bringing these issues to management has no value . No job security and recognition, few manager are working since 10 to 15 years there is a lot of monopoly by those managers.

Training of Trainers is really good. We get to learn a lot about various topics like soft skills and MS Excel

...he best trainers. Every trainer undergoes various rounds of grueling interviews. But then they pay you peanuts. It is a skill development institute where they train students to get jobs but the irony is that some of their trainers don't even know anything about education. One of the trainers said you can become a doctor just by wearing a lab coat. Managers ask for favours from the students in order to get jobs
