Everything depends on the contract company and not them. On time salary.

Salary gets only at 5th of every month. No insurance and they deduct gratuity from ur salary which is taxable too. No leaves for first 6 months and only one day every month after that .

I have been working with Dynpro since 2023 and the organisation is very well maintained and highly professional. Employees are very supportive and helpful.

It should be more transparent in terms of tax and salary deduction.

Some of the policy they need to add and management is working out to add them real soon. I don't have anything negative about them but change sometimes takes time :)
