Company has given work from home, since lockdown and paying salary fully one day prior to salary date. No one lost job in this period till date

Dislikes

There is no employee engagement activity, no training, nothing happening except getting salary. No perks, bonus, no outing, no mediclaim

Team collaboration with cross functional departments does not take a challenge here, it is very accessible to everyone -about new features, products, new stories, client testimonies and everything.

Nothing. It's the worst that can happen to anyone. Only good part you should be happy If you are not working for this soul sucking organisation.

Dislikes

Micromanagent to next level that you can't even work independently on anything. So called leadership who don't even know how to talk properly will give you lectures about life and work without you even asking. Pathetic leave policies. HR is a puppet. They don't have any say or control on things. Horrible people in leadership, no morals they talk and behave as if they belong to a roadside hawkers community .

1. Instability 2. Cash crunch 3. Fake promises 4. PLI is a myth (as per CBO & HR head no one has ever received it and they do no provide it to anyone) 5. Top management is a failure and incapable. 6. No product is fully ready but will be asked to sell. 7. Non cooperative cross functional teams. 8. Blocking of merchants payouts and money with no reasons and justifications, employees needs to face this in the market all by itself with zero support from the management. 9. Favouritism is the king and not the hard work here. 10. Uncanny nature of founder 11. No set processes and do not want to as well. 12. Shows compliance outside but no compliance being followed or in place. 13. Negative employee happiness and benefits. 14. No insurance for the dependent after 2 month post joining. 15. Founder claims himself a god during review meetings with illogical and unprofessional behaviour. Overall a pathetic and worst organisation ever seen, heard or worked with during 13 years of career span, fake commitments and promises before and during joining.
